• Message metadata (e.g., delivery status, timestamps, interaction data).

• Send transactional messages (e.g., move confirmations, scheduling updates, delivery notifications, storage reminders).
• Provide customer service responses. 
• Improve our services through analytics on engagement (without identifying individuals for third-party marketing).

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and needs (e.g., during active moves or as required for service).

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information only as necessary with trusted service providers (e.g., our SMS platform provider like Twilio) solely to deliver messages and operate the service. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in business transfers.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure. We retain your SMS data while you are subscribed or as needed for legal/business purposes. You may request deletion (subject to legal obligations).

5. Your Rights and Opt-Out

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent (except as required by law).
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Contact us for data access, correction, or deletion requests.
